Please note that I am far from good as many of my opponents have stated in no uncertain terms over and over, so don't expect pro anything here.

The demo is just evidence of possible cheating.

From your POV it might seem like he's cheating but from his it seems he's just a naturally good aimer. I personally don't see any evidence of cheating there.

His railing is good, his other weapon accuracies seem pretty average in that match. Not so much here in SA but the situation overseas is you get kids playing this game 24/7 and as a result of so much obsessive practice and good hardware you'll often see 60%+ railing (so it is possible without cheats). As it is I can get 40-50% in a good game and my accuracy is complete shit.

I'm not convinced.

74/72% rail is a bit excessive actually, and against gl1tch his rail was well over 80%.

Others who interacted with this guy share my views. I must admit I'm not very good at detecting cheaters and if I had not witnessed gl1tch's game following mine I would have thought nothing of it.

Also he is quite quick to point out that he is smurfing with the comment "if only you knew who I am", so that suggests he is supposed to be good, but still loses to me with a high rail accucracy?

It just doesn't add up. If I had such a high rail accucracy I probably would be able to beat szarko.

Some people just love rail whoring. i rate 80% is doable if ur in the 'zone'

Yeah true, some days i'll be absolutely shit, my movement will be off, 90% of rails would miss, just generally shit play BUT other times when im in the zone, i could easily get 60-70% rails

well if the expert opinions are of the view the guy is not cheating then this thread should be deleted since what I have to say is only an unproven allegation.

In the end only the dev team's opinion counts, so if you're still convinced he's cheating, email support@quakelive.com with the demo and see what happens.

Haven't looked at the demo yet, will do it tonight.

Don't rule out cheating just yet, and yeah as muffin said, no harm in sending it to ID to check out.
